UPDATE: Phelps escapee recaptured

DeRidder, La. -
Jamual Lebleu who fled a Phelps Correctional work crew in Vinton, La., was captured in Houston, Texas on Friday at approximately 3 p.m.
Lebleu reportedly stole a vehicle early that morning in Vinton and was found later with the car.
Lebleu will be returned to Phelps Correctional.
