Tommy Joe Sheldon Sr., 78, passed away in his home in San Antonio, Texas on Jan. 26, 2009.
Mr. Sheldon was a retired Colonel of the Army Reserves and had been a pilot with Northwest Airlines for 35 years.
He is survived by his wife, Thaweeporn Shelton and his son Tommy Joe Shelton of Corpus Christi, Texas.
Rev. David Milligan will preside over the graveside funeral service on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Rosepine Cemetery in Rosepine, La.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2009 at Hixson Funeral Home in DeRidder, La.
