Floyd E. Wicker, 85, passed away January 24, 2009.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during WWII.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine W. Wicker. He is survived by his daughter Nancy Wicker Sanders and her husband Ralph L., of DeRidder, La., and son David Edward Wicker of Lafayette, La. He also is survived by his granddaughter Casey Gail Sanders of Baton Rouge, La.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009, at Spring Baptist Church, located at 1027 Spring Cypress Road in Spring, Texas.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at Klein Funeral Home in Tomball, Texas.

Interment will follow the funeral services at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009 at Cooper Cemetery in DeRidder under the direction of Labby Funeral Home.
